CASE SIZES AND RATES

• All cases have 4 fixed shelves including carpeted floor. Cases are designed to allow for larger case rental e.g., 6', 8' etc. Ask for prices.
• First and last month's rent will be required from all dealers except those paying for the whole year in advance.
• Dealers signing up on a month-to-month basis must stay a minimum of 3 months.
• All open spaces & cubbies have electrical outlets and wall space for hanging pictures, mirrors, etc.

POLICIES and PROCEDURES

Reed's

• Use all best efforts to sell and promote goods displayed by Dealers.
• Non-Smoking environment.
• Clean and maintain aisles/common areas.
• Camera Security on all open spaces and the front desk.
• motion detectors and alarm at night wired into police station.
• We pay 2x per month.  Checks for the first half of the month are mailed or ready for pick-up on the 21st, checks for the second half of the month are mailed or ready for pick-up on the 6th of the following month.
• Maintain records and pay all applicable sales taxes.

Merchandise

• QUALITY ANTIQUES AND COLLECTIBLES ONLY - NO FLEA MARKET/GARAGE/YARD SALE GOODS. NO CRAFTS. NO GIFT SHOP ITEMS.
• No Reproductions/New items.
• Non-mint/flawed items MUST be marked "AS IS" - NO EXCEPTIONS. Items not marked are pulled until properly labeled.
• Price Tags/Stickers must have your Dealer number, description and price. We will assign you a Dealer number.
• Price changes should be initialed by dealer. A new tag is preferred for your protection.
• Offers will be communicated to you.
• Annual sale is held from the day after Thanksgiving thru December 31st.  All dealers are required to partcipate.  Every item must be "on sale" anywhere from 10% to 99%.  The discount is dealer's choice.   Dealer's may run their own individual sale at any time.

Credit Cards/Discounts

• MAINE LAW allows all purchases to be put on Credit Card.
• A 5% charge passed to Dealer on ALL Credit Card purchases.
• 10% discount to dealers on items $20.00 and over with completed state registration card and resale number as well as to the consumer who requests this. This is Dealer's choice. We can offer more or less as you choose. Just let us know.
• 5% discount if dealer uses credit card.

Dealer Inventory/Premises Access

• If Dealer chooses to utilize them, inventory sheets will be provided for your items. The purpose for this is to help you. If a tag falls off, if you forget to tag an item, we can go to the inventory sheet and immediately respond to the customer. Without this we must call you and take the chance of missing you.

Local Dealer Case Servicing

• Store hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our dealers are welcome at any time. We can also accommodate earlier times or later times. We are there to help you.
• We will notify you if additional inventory is needed.

Out of Area Dealers

• You ship us your goods.
• We set up your space.
• We store your additional merchandise to replace good when pieces are sold.
• We notify you to send additional inventory.
• Space dusted when needed.
